Join or donate $5 to the Oklahoma Coalition for Reproductive Justice.
OCRJ has been fighting for reproductive rights since 2010. At that time, it started with just a group of people concerned about pending legislation. That’s right, this is not a new thing folks! Since that time, they have organized rallies, become the “pink wave” and done everything they could to bring reproductive justice to our state. Their leadership and support was instrumental in helping us get the rally together and still is in the planning of future events. They will be helping us to fund our next event at the Capitol (more info on that soon!) and we will be merging our organization with theirs, so be prepared to see updates from us as part of OCRJ!
By becoming a member of OCRJ, you will receive updates on other actions to take, lobbying efforts, news on legislation and more. It is not necessary to become a member to donate but joining raises the number of members, which helps when they are plaintiffs in court challenges, to make a stronger claim that they represent Oklahoma women, not the state or any other defendent. They are involved in a court case against an ultrasound bill here in our state right now, so every bit helps!
